He is survived by : his wife Grace Koenig Kratz; his children, Linda Devine (Pat) of Allentown and Francis "Andy" Kratz, Jr. (Margaret) of Gibsonia; and his grandchildren, Chris Devine (Caitlin), Isabelle, Jillian, Melanie and Emmalin Kratz.
