He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugenia "Jean" Foss (Mandarino) and Clarence "Chub" Foss. He is survived by : his siblings, Sally Murgia (Peter) of Forks Twp and Steve Foss (Marcia) of Old Forge, PA; his nieces and nephews, Marissa, Katrina, Giavanna and Matthew; and his great-nieces, Harper and Addison.
