He is survived by: his wife Karen Vaughn; his children, Cheryl Gouker (Ed) of Reading, Mark (Naneth), Brian (Rosemarie) and Heather O'Rourke (Jim) of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Kyle, Julie Weber, Garrett, Jared, Annamarie, Andrew Stombaugh and Colin O'Rourke; and his siblings, Rhea Costello and David Stombaugh.
