With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catharine Detwiler of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Elwood and Mary E. Brantner (Kifer); her spouse Marion E. "Amos" Detwiler; her children, Judy Ann Detwiler and Ronald E. "Sam" Detwiler; and her siblings, Jane Boose, Fay Gorsuch, Edna Brantner, Dorothy Hileman, Rose Lear, Thomas, Donald, Daniel "Pete", James "Irvin" and John Brantner.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra F. Dilling (Ralph) of Roaring Spring; her grandsons, Shawn M. Dilling and Kelly J. Dilling (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Tyler Dilling (Regan) and Tanner Dilling (Nicole); her great great grandchildren, Mathias and August; and her siblings, Diana Crouch, Carol Allen, Bonnie Hammond, Arlene Luke, Nancy Beeler, Rebecca Stiffler, Clyde "Butch" Brantner and Robert Dale Brantner.
