He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Teeter; his sisters-in-law, Lois R. Steward of Roaring Spring and Sally A. Blattenberger of Martinsburg; and his close friends, Chris and Tracy Ritchey. He is also survived by wife of 55 years; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
