He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah S. Garman and Emma Garman (Hoover); his siblings, Esther Hoover, Martha Martin, Ella Newswanger, Paul Garman, Edwin Garman and Harry Garman; and his brother-in-law Noah Newswanger.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Garman (Martin); his sons, Nathan Ray Garman (Annie), Joshua Ryan Garman (Julia) and Barry Lee Garman (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Alissa, Geoffrey, Douglas, Angela, Tommy, Rebekah, Sophia, Mariah and Nora; his siblings, Allen Garman (Miriam H.) of Martinsburg, Titus Garman (Lois M.) of Martinsburg, Mary Horst (Irvin) of East Earl and Erma Martin (Harold) of Greenwich, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Garman of East Earl, Mary Ann Garman of Narvon, Suetta Garman of Martinsburg, Emma Mae Newswanger of Wisconsin, Franklin Hoover of New Holland and Amos Martin of New Holland.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the LeRoy and Janet Garman Residence (1820 Hickory Bottom Rd, Martinsburg, PA 16662). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Old Order Mennonite Church.
