She was predeceased by: her father Robert E. Claar; and her grandson Tyler Chesney. She is survived by: her mother Leanore I. Claar (Harr); her husband Chuck; her children, Richard T. Chesney (Chris) of Bakers Summit, Jeanine A. Strittmatter (Frank) of Williamsburg and Charlotte A. Hill of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, Andrea Hill, Miranda Delozier, Amanda Cox, Lynna Reffner, Amber Hill, Tony Chesney, Joshua Fornwalt, Sierra Diehl, Mikayla Fornwalt, Cody Strittmatter, Shaylin Yoder, Kaley Strittmatter, Drew Hill and Alex Hill; and her sisters, Becky Bloom (Ted) of Brooks Mills, Sandy Davis (Gene) of Martinsburg and Debbie Smouse (Randy) of Roaring Spring. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
