She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Leonard and Luin Leonard; her husband William E. Hazzard; and her siblings, Richard, Robert, Kenneth, Thomas, Donald, Samuel, William, Doris, Shirley and Ruthie.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Ntonados (Speros) and Donna Fink (Douglas); her grandchildren, Evan Ntonados (Rissa), Katia Hager (Benjamin), Jennifer Gonder (Mark) and Alexandra Kann (Austin); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Hayden, Wesley, Loukas and Ivy; and her siblings, Betty and James. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
