He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Ray and Katherine May Bish (Wells); and his siblings, Charles, Donald, Gerald Bish, Hazel Troup and Sue Campbell.

He is survived by : his wife Sarah Bish (Jolly) of Mayport; his children, John Bish of Mayport, Harold Bish (Helen) of Mayport, Lewis Bish, Jr. (Rebecca Smith) of Mayport, Glenn Bish of Mayport, Katherine Altenburg (Kerry) of Hudson and Judith Hamner (Gail) of Mountain Home; and his siblings, Bill Bish of Meadville, Bob Bish of Pleasantville and Mary Reynolds of Cochranton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
