In loving memory of Korena L. Clukey of McAlisterville, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on July 25, 2025 at the age of 54. Korena leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Mark W. Clukey, Sr.; her father-in-law Lyle Clukey; her siblings, Parrish P. "Perry" Shellenberger and Paula W. Bowersox; her brother-in-law Lyle Clukey; her sister Kristi Clukey; and her nephew Joshua Bowersox.
She is survived by: her parents, Donald E. Shellenberger and Gail A. Shellenberger (Shilling) of McAlisterville; her mother-in-law Margaret Clukey (Keating) of Haines City, FL.; her sons, Mark W. Clukey, Jr. (Megan) of Millerstown and Michael J. Clukey of Boise, ID; her grandchildren, Mason Michael Clukey, Maverick Lyle Clukey and Madden Reid Clukey; her siblings, Catherine Ritter (Mark) of McClure and Preston Shellenberger (Tina) of Mill Hall; and her siblings-in-law, Russell Bowersox (Esther) of McAlisterville and Christina Shellenberger of Thompsontown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc. (111 W Fall St, McAlisterville, PA 17049). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested to honor Korry's memory would be to take your parents out for dinner and spend as much time with them as you can.
