She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Stoops and Reba Bumbaugh Stoops; her husband Harold Miller Sr.; her stepson Jim Miller; her stepgranddaughters, Selena Miller and Jill Garland; and her siblings, Marlyn Stoops, Eugene Bumbaugh, Connie Seals, Janet Hardsock, Faye McKee and Mary Elizabeth Stoops.

She is survived by : her sons, Troy Miller and Keith Brown; her stepchildren, Diane Everts, Bonnie Garland, Harold J. Miller Jr. and John B. Miller; her granddaughter Sierra D. Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Roger Everts, Bub Everts, Chad Everts, Amy Zeis, April Ashway and Lisa Ensminger; and her brother Glenn Stoops.
