With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Jane M. Riggs (McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2020 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Lindsay and Margaret Louise MacGarrigle (Hooven); her husband Robert E. Riggs; and her sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Holland of Ocean City, N. J.. She is survived by : her daughter Lindsay (Lex Mellott); her grandchildren, Dallas (Ann Mellott), Robert "Bobby" Mellott, Marshall Broyles, Katie Rose Riggs, Wash, Allyson Riggs (Rory Smith), Ore, Kellie Riggs and Florence; and her sister-in-law Mary Jo Riggs Hall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
