It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicole D. Heirendt Ackley of McDonald, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William J. Heirendt. She is survived by: her mother Marlene Lesjak Heirendt of Washington; her son William S. Ackley of McDonald; her sister Michelle N. Ehrgood (Michael Bish) of McDonald; and her sibling's children, Mecca Nicole, Connor William and Gavin Edward Ehrgood.
Due to Nicole's love of animals, memorial donations are suggested in her memory to the Washington County Humane Society, 1527 PA-136, Eighty Four, PA 15330.
