He was predeceased by: his parent William Harter; and his son Donald William Harter. He is survived by: his parent ClaraBelle Sylvis Harter; his spouse Judy Andrus; his daughters, Robin Condo (Terry) of McElhattan, Tina Bailor of Jersey Shore and Kelly Jo Olmstead (Tim) of Flemington; his grandchildren, Ashley Condo of Florida, Melissa Condo of Bellefonte, Tarynee Bailor of Flemington, Christopher Harter of Brookville and Scott Bowman of Beech Creek; and also Gordon Sylvis.
