He was predeceased by : his parents, Oren Reed and Martha Reed; his wife Anna; his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Allyson Reed; and his brothers, Otis, David and James Reed (Danny).

He is survived by : his daughters, Joy Weidman (Paul) of Lebanon, PA and Marsha Reed of Rochester, NY; his sister Marjorie Wonner (John) of McKean; his grandchildren, Matthew Weidman and Amy Cannistraci (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Evan and Neil Cannistraci.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McKean United Methodist Church.
