He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond J. Hoffman Sr. and Ethel Ives Hoffman; his siblings, David (Ann) and Marlene Striker (Charles); his grandson Jason McKissick; and his son Thomas Joseph Hoffman (Chris).
He is survived by : his daughters, Lynn Bignell (Dennis), Leanne Becker (Russ), Frances King (John), Ellen King (James) and Melissa Hoffman (Jim); and his grandchildren, Hope Gardner, Leanna Larson (John), Donna Gifford (Jerry), Amanda Donovan (Dan), Erica Cerami (Chris), Adam Beringer, Helen King, Johnny King, Carly King, James J. King (Justis), Anna Couch (Will) and Casey Jones. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and many, many nieces and nephews.
