He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri and Jodi; his grandchildren, Dylan, Darren, Marah, Raquel and Andrej; and his siblings, Michael Nazak (late Lena), Ann Fayfitch (late Michael), Julia Skirpan (late Charles), Helen Charochak (late Joe), Nicholas Nazak (Rose) and Alice (late Michael). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
