She was predeceased by: her son Daniel Creek, Jr.; and her parents, Salvatore Mongiovi and Rosalia Mongiovi. She is survived by: her children, Katie Creek, Danyel Nicholas and Devan Creek; and her siblings, Carol, Kandy, Lois, Rosemary, Deanna, Guy, Alfonso, Josephine and Angeline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
