As Carole departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carole may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carole leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Knight; her parents, Angelo "Joe" Nolfi and Theresa Nolfi; her son Jacob Knight; and her siblings, Theresa Carnahan (Bruce), Joe Nolfi (Susan) and David Nolfi (Therese). She was also cherished by her niece and nephews.
