She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Mahaven; and her son Jack A.. She is survived by: her children, Lynette Crimone (Ron), Robert E. and Donald R Mahaven; her brother Bill Yund (Mary Alice); her grandchildren, Dina, Heather, Stacie and Mimi; her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Anthony, Lorenzo, Sloane and Scarlett; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Domenic and Veronica; and her niece Joyce Parris.

Memorial contributions in Catherine's memory may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely School Road, Wexford, PA 15084.
