She was predeceased by: her husband Richard W. Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary D. Phillips (Mike Quinn) and Patti Best (Todd); and her grandchildren, Abbe'Michael Quinn, Tim Quinn, Patricia Tiu, Ian Best and Alex Best.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (2900 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to either The Girl Scouts of the USA or The Franciscan Renewal Center in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
