He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Ellek (DeFebbo); and his parents, Paul Ellek and Genevieve Ellek (Lisko). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Prough (Brent) and Robert Ellek (Lisa); his grandchildren, Chelsea Prough, Nicholas and Logan Ellek; his sibling Rege Ellek (Mavis); and his niece Jennifer McMurtrie. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
