He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Jr. Baker and Elnora Baker. He is survived by: his children, Johanna Quinten, Tom Jr. and Amanda Mittenzwey; his stepchildren, Nicole Ball, Jason Chebatoris and Mark Chebatoris; and his siblings, Leroy Mittenzwey (Mary Jo), Diana Daniels (Jim), Debra Gaworski (Ed), Sylvester Baker (Shannon) and Elnora "Dee" Minear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers contributions be made to help offset funeral expenses.
