She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Waszczak and Caroline Waszczak (Englot); her husband Ralph C. Kitchen of McKeesport; and her siblings, Laura, Josephine, Joseph, John, Edward, Charles, Stanley, Leo and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Patton (Alan) of Greenock, Ralph Kitchen (Pauline), Timothy Kitchen (Linda) and DeLee Kitchen of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Kristen A. Patton Brautigam (David), Dr. Karianne D. Patton Bilsky (Timothy), Corey Kitchen, Amanda Kitchen, Bradley Kitchen, Alexis Kitchen and Dr. Kara Kitchen Shaffer (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Silas Bilsky and Titus Bilsky.
Adella had requested no viewing or funeral; in lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made online to Shekinah Western Ranch Camp at http://www.yourcamp.org.
