She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Benyak and Katherine Benyak (Rosko); and her siblings, Steven Benyak, John Benyak (Olive), Joseph Benyak and Mary "Mamie" Latta (Lawrence).
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Lewis (Mark) of Palm Coast, FL and Diane Fleishman (Gary) of Monroeville; her grandchildren, Katelyn Allison (Brandon) of Oakmont, Marla Lewis (Sean Skaggs) of Anaheim, CA and Eric Lewis (Loah) of Arlington; her great grandchild Brett Allison; her siblings-in-law, Lida Benyak, Terry Bellas and Frank Bellas; and her husband John. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
