She is survived by: her parent Ann Kutzer (Drop); her spouse Anthony Karlichack; her sons, Stephen M. Karlinchak of McKeesport and Joe Karlinchak of Irwin; and her siblings, Margaret Holowecky of Livonia, MI, Verna Swider of Little Falls, NJ and John Kutzer.
