He is survived by: his sibling's children, Candice Kreutzman, Joseph Panchak (Cheryl), Tina Busko, Eric DiSciullo (Kelly), Jeff Panchak (Melissa), Mark Tudek, Carol Hapsias (Mike) and Kim Kwiecinski; and his cousin Tom Kitas.
