It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Wesley Bailey (McKeesport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 9, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Blanche Bailey (Thompson) of McKeesport, PA; his brother Donald; his wife Peggy; his sister Norma McLean; and also Orison McLean.
He is survived by: his parent Leon O. Bailey of McKeesport, PA; his spouse Elaine Louise Rankin; his nephew Orison S. McLean, Jr.; his niece Nancy M. Brickley of Rector, PA; and also Rick of Rector, PA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Carroll W. and Elaine Bailey Scholarship at Phillips Academy, Andover, MA, or to The Mentor Scholarship Fund at Northfield Mount Hermon School, Gill, MA, (established in honor of the Baileys).
