He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Richards and Myrtle Richards (Sproll); and his siblings, Dorothy Giatroudakis, Norma Price, Melvin, Robert and Ronald Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Richards (Petrow); his sons, Clifford W. Richards of Uniontown and Roger R. Richards of McKeesport; his stepchildren, Barbara, Richard Perkins of Uniontown and Judy Petrow of Boston; his granddaughter Connie Korp; and his siblings, Frank Richards of White Oak, Edwin Richards (Carlene) of Port Vue, Ellen Coulter of Pittsburgh and Gladys Young of West Mifflin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
