He is survived by: his significant other Sue Petro; his sons, David W. Winters of McKeesport and Kenny Winters of Braddock Hills; his siblings, Ken Winters (Julie), Marsha Adamsky (Steve) of Vermont and Edward Winters (Lynn) of East McKeesport; and his stepbrothers, Roger Winters (Karli) and Patrick Jobes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
