She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Juarez and Maria Juarez (Gonzales); her husband George R. Breletic; her daughter Adrian; her grandson Thomas (Lori); and her siblings, Gladys Gonzales, Selma Leber, Angelina Santoscoy and Santos Juarez.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Binger, Robin Breletic of South Park and Kevin Breletic (Kim) of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew (Shannon), Carly, Ryan and Dylan; and her great grandchildren, Schae and Lily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
