He was predeceased by: his father Donald Szymarek. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Szymarek (Boullion); his daughter Lynsey Szymarek (Todd Thomas) of McKeesport; his grandchildren, Aubrielle and Tate Thomas; his sister Shari Smith (Scott) of White Oak; and his sibling's children, Kristen Smith and Justin Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
