He is survived by: his children, Tia Mitchell of Farrell, PA, Don Mitchell of Farrell, PA, Rocco Mitchell of McKeesport, PA and Chico Mitchell of Farrell, PA; his grandchildren, Zhaquaya, Eric, Kenyatta, Renay, Phillip Jr., LaDasia, Erique, Dymon, Hannah and Devin; and his siblings, Lillian Davis of Mckeesport, PA, Marcel Lowry, Liz Lowry of Rankin, PA and Albert Lowry. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
