With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald O'Toole (McKeesport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 25, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Toole and Rhea O'Toole (Robinson); his brothers, William and Jack; and his sister-in-law Rose Marie.

He is survived by: his children, Darci Lewis (Keith) of Elizabeth Twp and Donald P. "Patrick" O'Toole (Dolores); and his brother Tom O'Toole (Darlene) of Castle Shannon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
