He was predeceased by: his parents, John Babyak and Mary Babyak (Cuprinkova); and his siblings, Dolores Curley, Helen Kugler, John Babyak and Michael Babyak.
He is survived by: his wife Helen K. Babyak (Stefko); his children, Brian Babyak (Hau) of Westminster, MD, Lydia Cianci (Richard) of Greenville, PA and Carleen Neher (James) of Liberty Borough; his grandchildren, Edward, David, Paul and Minnie; and his great grandchild Arwen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
