He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jobe and Anna Jobe (Edeling); his granddaughter Aliyah; and his siblings, Donald and Cheryl Loterbaugh.
He is survived by: his close friend Marie Hollis of McKeesport; his daughters, Jennifer Jobe of McKeesport and Amanda Nehila (Anton) of McKeesport; his grandchildren, Jacob, Caitlynn, Amya, Zachary and Na'Khy; and his great grandchild Deklan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
