She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Jacobs and Ida Jacobs (Henrich); her husband Bernard P. Radakovich; and her sisters, Jenny Lang, Esther Weis, Beverly Mendlowitz and Helen Katz.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Radakovich (Anna), David Radakovich and Marsha Hess (Scott); and her grandchildren, Eric, Brian Radakovich and Chelsea Hess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
