He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George Bulazo, Jr. and Monna Bulazo (Kobasa); and his sibling Lydianne Bulazo. He is survived by: his sister Roxanne Watts. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family requests donations in George's name to Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, 506 High Street, Monongahela, PA 15063.
