He was predeceased by: his parent George Garner; and his sister Beverly Nestor. He is survived by: his parent Erma Ruth Anderson Garner; his wife Marilyn Howell Garner; his children, Gregory Garner (Denise) of Mount Pleasant and Jennifer Garner of Versailles; his brother Walt Garner of McKeesport; and his grandchildren, Gregory and Brandon Garner. He is also survived by step-children; and step-grandchildren.
