He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Forsythe and Ruth Forsythe (Mains); his wife Diana Forsythe (Suncine); his son-in-law Michael "Meat Head" Nuttall; and his brothers, Melvin and David Forsythe.
He is survived by: his children, Glen Jr. Forsythe (Belinda), Tonya Coffey (Duane), Brian Forsythe (Olga) and Beth Ann Nuttall; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Christenbury (Billy), Tricia Christenbury (Carl), Kali Franklin (David), Valerie Negron, Shanna Brady (Jeff), Adrienne Verduo-Toledo (Tony), Joshua Forsythe, Jacob Forsythe, Michael Nuttall (Kayla) and Shane Nuttall. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A burial was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery.
