She is survived by: her parent Jozef A.; her children, Diana (John), Thomas (Rita) and Keith (Denise Sharbaugh); her grandsons, David Pucalik and Matthew Pucalik; and her sister Margaret Piskor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
