He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Elizabeth Hays (Kohler) and Marlene "Jean" Hayes (Johnson); his children, William M. Hayes (Sharon Whittaker) of Versailles and Elizabeth H. McKee (Michael) of Downington; his grandchildren, Cailie, Kyla and Allie; and his siblings, Patricia O'Neil of McKeesport, Marsha Kiger and James Hayes. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
