He is survived by: his wife Karen Hartung; his son Justin Hartung (Amy); his grandchildren, Austin, Aiden, Ashton, Rylen, Luca, Thorin and Iyla; his sons, Jeffrey (Rafaela), Gregory and Brad; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Dylan, Evan, Alison, Alec, Ava, Andrew, William, Zachary and Alyssa; and his siblings, Bob, Dave, Bill Hartung, Susan Dugan and Mame Mulherron.
