With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Swineburg of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, born in Duquesne, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elias and Alma Kelley (Hart); her daughters, Donna Kelley of Glassport, Jo Ellen Jordan of McKeesport and Marie Yeager (Dominic) of Glassport; and her siblings, David Kelley, Jack Kelley, Norman Kelley and Ann Bowman. She was also cherished by 15 Grandchildren; 32 Great Grandchildren; and Nieces and Nephews.
