He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Forsythe and Mary Forsythe (Ravenscroft); and his brothers-in-law, James Zuzo and Gary Cinefra. He is survived by : his friend Janis Forsythe (Tatar); his grandchildren, Zane, Camden, Madison, Josie, Noah and Shawn; his children, Jennifer Messner of Port Vue, Kenneth B. Forsythe (April) of Tennessee, Melissa Lander (Michael) of Plum Borough and Megan Glaser (Michael) of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Bonnie Zuzo of New Stanton and Cheryl Cinefra of Plum Borough. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
