With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Phillip Axmacher Jr. (McKeesport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 5, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Phillip and Angeline Primavera Zitz Axmacher; and his brother George E. Zitz. He is survived by: his siblings, John P. Zitz (Denise) of New Alexandria, PA, Mary Patricia Zitz Curran of Pfafftown, NC and Cheryl Ann Axmacher Wise of McKeesport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
