She is survived by: her husband Dr. David Jacobs; her sons, Jeffrey Joel Jacobs (Marilyn) of McKeesport and Benjamin Douglas Jacobs (Jennifer) of Tempe, Arizona; her grandson Max Isaac Jacobs; her sister Sheila Spivak (Paul) of Carnegie; and her sister-in-law Lavon Jacobs of McKeesport. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
