She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bruzak and Mary Bruzak (Mavajsky); her spouse Paul A. Yurik; and her siblings, Margaret Bruzak and Anne Bruzak.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Monica) of Greensburg and Paul G. of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Pastor Michael Yurik (Katherine), Jaqueline Blankenship (Russell) and Elizabeth Illes (David); and her great grandchildren, Claire, Mason, Declan and Jacob. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
