She is survived by: her parent Hazel Harrelson Frazier; her children, Anthony Mack of McKeesport, Cedric Mack (Barbara) of Donora, Lenardo Mack, Karen Jones (late Pastor Earl) of McKeesport, Sharon Mack (Al Freeman) of Duquesne and Cassandra Mack of McKeesport; and her sister Nellie Cook of Omaha. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
