He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Agnes L. Miller (Reitz); his wife Carol J. Miller (Owens); his son William Miller; and his sisters, Norma Jean Milice and Patricia Vuchetich.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Miller of Boston and Ralph Miller; his grandchildren, Ralph J. Nester (Rebecca) and Casey Nester; his great grandchildren, Ashlee and Taylor; and his sister Katherine Skripkar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
